A little sweet meets a little heat in these hot honey tacos! This recipe is meant to work with you and whatever you have on-hand or have time to prepare. There’s an option to use a store-bought rotisserie chicken so you don’t have to spend extra time in the kitchen, but if you have leftover protein like chicken breasts or shrimp you can substitute them here as well. No time to shred cabbage? Throw in some coleslaw mix or any other veggies you prefer. Made with our NEW A Little Hot Honey™ Microwave Ready Little Potatoes!
Kid Friendly Tip: We recommend parents taste test the potatoes if your littles are sensitive to a bit of spice! It’s fairly mild, but we know that everyone has their own preferences! You can also involve them in the cooking process by letting them help decide on toppings and building their own tacos.
