- Frying pan
- 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes, quartered
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
- 2 Tbsp dill, chopped
Instructions

Step 1
Heat frying pan over medium heat. Add oil and fry potatoes for 12 minutes.

Add sliced onion and cook for additional 3 to 4 minutes, or until onions have some color but are not soft.

Remove from heat and stir in salt, pepper, parsley, and dill.
