One of the easiest camping recipes you could ever make. This all-in-one meal is perfect to customize with your favorite veggies and proteins. You can cook this right in the grill tray either over the campfire or on your camp stove.
- 1 package Oven or Grill Ready Little Potatoes
- 1.5 lbs protein of your choice (smokies, sausages, shrimp, chickpeas)
- 2 cups vegetables (mushrooms, zucchini, peppers, onion, cherry tomatoes)
- 1 cup cheese, shredded (cheddar, mozzarella, Havarti, provolone)

Step 1
Cut the protein into bite-sized pieces if necessary. For beans, simply rinse and drain them.

Slice the assorted vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

Oil and season potatoes using packs included in Oven or Grill Ready tray. If using beans, simply rinse and drain them.

Tear four large pieces of aluminum foil and fold over the edges of each kit to seal the pack completely. Ensure that there are no gaps where steam can escape.

Place the foil packs on a grate over the campfire. Cook for about 25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the potatoes are tender, and the protein is cooked through.
